Excellent experience with this company and Steve!! He was very professional and honest! We installed our fence many years ago and it stopped working many years ago so we presumed it would need to be replaced but Steve was able to repair it quickly and his prices are very fair. We have a Golden Retriever in Clarkston. Steve installed the fence about three years ago and it has been very good. His follow up after the sale was top notch making sure our dog was safe. most recently he replaced a malfunctioning collar/ receiver under a lifetime warranty free of charge. I really appreciated his prompt follow up. If your looking for an invisible fence call Steve at Pet Stop in Ortonville. Service like this is hard to find these days.read more

Great experience with this business! I have twice now had them out to repair the system (directly as a result of my screw ups) very prompt professional repairs ,Steve installed the system on my 3.5 acre heavally wooded parcel my dog stays in the yard even when chasing deer & squirrels you can't ask for better service than perfect!!read more
